Our fee model is uncomplicated. Initially, we charge the first month's rent when searching for suitable tenants. This fee covers the comprehensive tenant vetting process to secure the most appropriate tenant for your property.

Following this, we levy a monthly management fee that ranges between 10% to 20% of the monthly rent. This fee is dependent on the property and specific client requirements. It covers our extensive services, including ongoing tenant communication and concerns.

Please note that while we handle all tenant relations, any costs related to property damage will be the landlord's responsibility.

Our pricing model is subject to change, and each landlord's situation will be individually assessed to ensure fairness and suitability. With D'Souza Properties, landlords can expect clear, regular communication and a contract that renews annually, providing peace of mind and consistency.
